I think before you do anything, you need to talk to your doctor just to make sure. Because one of the side effects of this syndrome is excess body hair, the physical response to laser hair removal may not be as effective as with people without this syndrome. The hormonal response of hair growth will probably not be stopped by laser hair removal. However, this does not mean that you should not get it. As with most people, laser hair removal is not a permanent treatment. Often times it serves as a way to thin unwanted hair, to make hair management easier. If this would be enough for you, then this might be an effective way to make your life easier.
