How long after lazer hair removal until the hair begins to grow back?

My husband has had lazer hair removal on his neck to prevent ingrowing hairs. It has worked well however, he has a line where his beard starts along his jaw line. This is fine for the first half of the day, but by the end of the day he looks like he has shaved it in like a George Michael wannabe.
When can he expect this line to fade??
um…in fact…laser hair removal is supposed to be permanent, and that means no hair is supposed to grow back…that’s why it’s the most advanced and expensive hair removal treatment around….anywayz if the hair still grows back,i think your husband has got to visit the clinic where he had his treatment done and get his doubts professionally cleared as soon as possible..
